Elizabeth Laird
Elizabeth was born in Wellington, but is of Scottish descent. Much of her life
has been spent abroad, working for long spells in India and Ethiopia. She now
lives in Richmond with her husband.
Kiss the Dusk was the winner of the Children’s Book Award, and she also won
the Smarties Young Judges Award and the Lancashire Book Award.
