Phyllis Root
Phyllis was born in
1949 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She studied at Valparaiso University and
graduated with a BA in 1971. Her chief occupation since then has been that of
a writer, but she also teaches classes on writing and book making.
Phyllis has a wide variety of hobbies including canoeing, sailing and raising butterflies. She now lives in Minneapolis with her two children.
